Before coaching begins, the SPRINT Coach works directly with the CEO and senior leaders to define clear outcomes, agree on timelines and set the scope of the engagement. The full project team is then briefed together at an in-person kick-off, ensuring everyone enters SPRINT aligned, prepared and focused on the same priorities.
Not every company needs all three readiness areas. The scope is agreed collaboratively with the CEO based on what RAD surfaces and what the business needs most right now.
Each session is objective-driven and intentionally short, designed to move fast and stay focused.
