Sanjiv has over 30 years of experience in brand strategy, marketing, sales, and business development across Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and Africa.

Throughout his career, he has held senior agency and consulting roles, specializing in corporate repositioning, go-to-market strategies, and brand optimisation. His extensive client portfolio included Microsoft, Lenovo, Visa, Singapore Airlines, Rolls-Royce, JTI, Seagate, PayPal, Red Bull, Nestlé, Volvo, and Energizer.

As Founder & Lead Consultant at Biz Ascend, Sanjiv created the Biz Ascend Programme—a structured framework that equips business leaders with systems, AI skills, and strategic mindsets to optimise operations and build resilient sales pipelines.

In the last five years, Sanjiv has provided strategic consulting to over 160 companies, quickly diagnosing business challenges and crafting tailored, impactful solutions. He also advises private equity firms on M&A positioning, market entry, and business repositioning.
